Important Information

Thank you for joining us at Buy Good. Feel Good. Expo’s seventh edition. We are thrilled to welcome you as an exhibitor and partner in making the Buy Good. Feel Good. Expo North America’s largest Expo for Businesses that Change the World. 

We are growing year after year and the amazing work you do is our inspiration. We hope you will have a great Expo and please feel free to reach out if there is anything we can do to make your experience memorable.

Set up is between 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM. All booths should be ready by 5:30 PM for the Opening Reception.

We will have a few dollies available on a first come first served basis, If you have your own, we strongly encourage you to bring them.

Load-In Zone:

Exhibitor Registration is open from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM on Friday, November 6th.

Each exhibitor will be given 2 exhibitor badges upon check-in. If this number doesn’t meet your needs, please email us at partnerships@buygoodfeelgood.com with the number of badges required before October 20th. 

Exhibitor badges will only have the  company name so they are transferable between employees. 

You will be able to collect your exhibitor badges on-site the morning of Friday, November 6th, 2020. Please report to the exhibitor registration desk upon arrival.

Your booth will be set-up with pipe & drape.

You can bring your own display items (tables, chairs, shelves) or rent them from the Official Show Decorator – Stronco (see bottom of page for order forms).

It is recommended that the maximum weight of any items hung or placed against the back drape weigh no more than 15 pounds.

In order not to block your neighbouring exhibitors, we ask that you limit the height of any displays you plan to have on the sides of your booth to 4 feet. We also kindly ask you to keep all your display and signage inside your allocated booth space. Thank you.

The Opening and Buyers Reception will take place on Friday, November 6th from 5:30 to 09:30 PM.  

At the Opening and Buyers Reception, you have the opportunity to sell you products/services to wholesale buyers as well as consumers. We invite media, local politicians and leaders of the community.

You will be receiving a promo code for 5 complimentary tickets to the Opening Reception.

All exhibitors are required to be at their booth for the entire duration of the event.

It is mandatory to have Liability Insurance naming Buy Good Feel Good as additional insured. 

Please forward your proof of insurance to
partnerships@buygoodfeelgood.com by October 20, 2020, no exhibitor will be allowed on the show floor without a proof of insurance. For more information about the insurance please refer to the FAQ page.

Our Exhibitor Networking Night is one of the highlights of the Expo. We believe in the power of sharing experiences and lessons learnt to advance and shape our community of social entrepreneurs.

We would like to invite you to join us to stick around the venue for a drink on Saturday, October 7th at 6 PM for our Exhibitor Networking Night. It is a great opportunity to network with fellow social entrepreneurs and unwind after a long day.

More details to come! 

There will be 24 hours security on the premises. However, it is imperative that you secure your products or personal items to the best of your ability before leaving for any length of time. Evergreen Brick Works and Buy Good. Feel Good. are not responsible for stolen or lost goods so please make sure you take every precaution available to you.

We highly recommend that any high-value items, cash and electronics are taken with you at the end of each day.
